Our soft-play setups are designed for children ages 6 months to 5 years old. Some of our larger packages and bounce houses can also accommodate children up to approximately 7–8 years old.

To reserve your date, we require a signed rental agreement and a $100 deposit. Your date is not secured until both the signed rental agreement and deposit have been received.

Travel fees are not included and are calculated based on the event location from Howell NJ. We primarily serve Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean Counties, but we’re happy to travel to surrounding areas when availability allows.

Set up and break down are included with every booking.

To keep our equipment safe and clean, shoes,heels, food, drinks, face paint, glitter, slime, markers, and other staining products are not permitted inside the play area.

Adult supervision is required at all times and is the responsibility of the client. Children should never be left unattended inside the soft-play area or bounce house.

Yes, we offer both indoor and outdoor setups. Outdoor events require a $50 outdoor setup fee and must have a suitable backup plan in case of rain, strong winds, or unsafe weather conditions.

Equipment cannot be set up on wet ground or during unsafe weather. The setup area must be flat, clean, dry, and free of sharp objects, debris, pet waste, mud, and sprinkler systems. Please let us know whether the surface will be grass, concrete, turf, hardwood, or another material when booking.

Yes! Tiny Steps Soft Play is licensed and insured. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided when required by your venue.

We recommend booking at least two months in advance. However, you’re always welcome to contact us about last-minute availability!

All packages include four hours of playtime. Additional time may be added for $50 per hour, depending on availability.

Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to a new available date in accordance with the terms of your rental agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
